Dear Colleagues,

With great pleasure, we announce the creation of a new journal,

Architecture Civil Engineering Environment – ACEE

which is the result of an agreement between three faculties of the Silesian University of Technology, Gliwice:

• Faculty of Architecture,

• Faculty of Civil Engineering,

• Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Energetics.

The aim of this action is to bridge the gap between these three domains of knowledge, and to offer the common possibility of publishing current results of research work and efforts in innovations.

As the only journal in Poland to join these disciplines which are so closely connected in practice, it is open to the authors from around the country, as well as to our colleagues from abroad.

It is a quarterly journal, fully in English, printed in at least 500 copies, with the papers available (after some time) on website. International distribution is intended.

The Scientific Board will be responsible for the proper quality of accepted contributions. The members of this Board have been invited from all over the country and from abroad.

As the appointed Main Editor of this new journal, I have the pleasure of inviting the authors from the areas covered by the title, and I would like to ensure a high editorial level in the printed papers.
